Cathy McKee is a Chicagoan at heart, but now you can find her embracing the eclectic charm of Boston. As part of her move to the East Coast, Cathy transitioned from the world of education to the realm of personal financial planning.
Driven by her commitment to learning and a desire to extend her impact beyond the classroom, Cathy passed the CFP© exam in March 2022 and is pursuing the experience hours required to achieve her Certified Financial Planner™ certification. Cathy has an M.B.A. from Boston University and a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University.
In addition to helping clients, Cathy is a coach at Women’s Money Matters, a non-profit group assisting low-income women build financial confidence and security.
When she’s not working or volunteering, you’ll find Cathy exploring the historic streets of Beacon Hill, running along the Charles River, or attending a performance at a local theatre.
